Gine has served in senior communications leadership roles at three of Norway’s largest corporations for over 20 years. She has 15 years of experience at Equinor, where she held various leadership positions in communications and public affairs in Norway, as well as heading the company’s Washington, D.C. office. Previously, she served as EVP for Public Affairs and Sustainability at DNB Bank and as Executive Vice President for Communications, Public Affairs, and Ownership Organisation at TINE. She has also worked as advisor in the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s international department.

Gine possesses solid knowledge of sustainability across several sectors. As Director of Sustainability at DNB, she led initiatives such as the development of the bank’s first climate transition plan and DNB’s council for responsible investments. Moreover, she has extensive experience with events and strategic activation of sponsorships.

Gine’s core expertise lies at the intersection of communications, industrial policy, and sustainability. Drawing on experience across multiple communications disciplines, she contributes to holistic strategies for communication and stakeholder engagement.
