Kaia is one of CC’s two managing partners. Kaia supports clients with a wide range of communications services and is a trusted advisor for a variety of businesses, especially within the health and maritime sectors.

Kaia specialises in all types of communications strategies, analytics, events and project management. She also focuses on ensuring that her clients get the most out of their digital channels.

From her start in CC as a junior consultant, Kaia worked her way to a partner role in just five years. She previously held the position of communications manager for the Holberg Prize and leader of the Student Society in Bergen. She holds a Bachelor in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and a Master in Political Communication from the University of Tel Aviv.

Societal engagement and the corporate world are important to Kaia. Today she is, among other roles, the Chair of UWC Norway and a Board member of the Norwegian Organisation for Asylum Seekers (NOAS).

Kaia is an exceptionally social being, and every summer she invites her friends to a big summer party in her native Lofoten.
