Benedicte supports managers and corporations on strategic communications, mainly within sustainability issues. She combines analytical skills and creativity and has worked with a variety of complex climate and environmental challenges.

She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has since built her competence within communications and ESG. Benedicte has helped create and implement sustainability strategies for large and small organisations.

Prior to joining CC, she worked as sustainability manager at H&M Norway, communications manager at Nordic Choice Hotels and the Stordalen Foundation and advisor at Footprint Consulting and Geelmuyden.Kiese. She helped to set up the EAT Foundation, as well as several other initiatives promoting the circular economy.

Benedicte is an experienced speech and ghost writer and is herself a popular moderator. Outside office hours, you’ll likely find her inside in a theatre or outdoors in the woods or mountains.
