Peder is an experienced strategic advisor specializing in public policy, communications, and business development. For several years, he served among the closest advisors to former Prime Minister Erna Solberg and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Børge Brende.

In addition, Egseth has experience as an analyst at Danske Bank and has worked as an advisor to several business associations, including on strategic regulatory framework issues and tax policy. He has also held key roles in facilitating dialogue between the business community and government authorities, with a particular focus on complex public policy and industry-related matters.

Peder combines political insight, financial expertise, and strategic communications with a strong understanding of the regulatory and operating environment for businesses. He holds a degree in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
