“When it became known last year that André and Peder were starting an agency, I immediately sent them a message: This is fantastic, Tinde is going to succeed! At the same time, I thought: Damn, why didn’t we manage to get them to CC? Now the dream has come true! Tinde Advise and CC are both leaders in our respective fields, and together we have expertise, energy, and momentum that are truly unique,” says Håkon Mathias Rønning, Chair of the Board at CC.

Corporate Communications (CC) was founded in 2011 by Geir Bjørlo, Petter Halvorsen, and Håkon Mathias Rønning. Since then, the company has become a central player in financial and strategic corporate communications in Norway and has been chosen as advisor to many of the country’s leading and most exciting companies. CC has 31 consultants and expects agency revenues of nearly NOK 100 million in 2025.

Tinde Advise was established in September 2024 and quickly became a leader in government relations as well as regulatory and political advisory. With prominent advisors from across the spectrum – including backgrounds from government, the Labour Party, the Conservative Party, LO, and NHO – the company offers unique and broad insights into politics and regulation, particularly on how to work within the Norwegian tripartite collaboration model. Tinde Advise consists of three partners: Peder Weidemann Egseth, André Nerheim, and Tony Christian Tiller, along with advisor Kasper Syvertsen, and expects agency revenues of NOK 21 million in 2025.

“We are incredibly proud of what we have created at Tinde Advise in such a short time. We started with a blank slate and have grown from day one. We’ve had a great time together, and merging with another firm was never on our minds. That changed quickly once we saw what we could build together with the people at CC. We are excited to create Norway’s best agency and to give our clients access to an even broader advisory environment,” says Peder Weidemann Egseth, Managing Director of Tinde Advise.
