Karina specialises in helping her clients convey complex messages effectively. She works with leadership and corporate communications for energy, industrial and technology companies.

Karina spearheads CC’s professional engagement in sustainability and ESG. She ensures that clients are up-to-date on new sustainability and corporate social responsibility requirements, and has undertaken certified training in the the international sustainability reporting standard, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Karina works with the largest Norwegian companies in energy, technology and production. She is an experienced project manager who has carried out major communications processes in the areas of change and efficiency, and she is an in-demand leadership communication consultant.

Prior to joining CC, Karina worked at Gambit Hill + Knowlton and Rotor AS. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Ecology from NTNU, with a major in Environmental Management and Environmental Policy. She also holds a Bachelor in Political Science from NTNU. During her studies, she worked as a journalist and general manager of the student newspaper ‘Under Dusken’ in Trondheim, and as Head of Communication for the Students’ Peace Prize.

Karina is a true Oslo girl, and in her spare time you may find her in the forests of the capital accompanied by her horse and dog.
